Brooke and Garrett

We often get asked if working with "Brides" is a difficult task... you know... the "Bridezilla" factor and all that? Well I am happy to report that they are a rare thing indeed! Take Brooke for example... talk about grace at it's best. Let's just say "Garrett... you are one lucky guy!!!"

Every now and then we get to work with somebody new. Shayna Collier is a fantastic photographer from Utah Valley and it was a pleasure getting to know her. Thanks Shayna for sharing these beautiful images

Brooke is one of six girls

We love it when we get to work at the Riter Mansion. It's just a nice clean pallette and John and Arlette are so great to work with!!!

This lovely little vintage table is compliments of Nikkol from the Wedding Showcase. She has lots of intersting things she is always willing to rent out for a good cause. Thanks Nikkol:)

Maize pintuck runners from Marcie Taylor Events really added a buttery soft yellow to this creamy pallette

If you hadn't noticed... we kind of had a lemon thing going on here. One little grandchild said at the beginning "I think they're going to have a lemon hunt..."

Lemon bars of course... pucker up!!!

These delicious raspberry banana cupcakes with lemon cream mousse (made by Hailey) went perfectly with the refreshing lemon sorbet from Hamiltons.
So many of our Brides are choosing smaller simpler cakes displayed on a vintage cake stand.
This feminine two layer cake decorated with lace from "Kakes by Karen"... so pretty!
Two Patience Garden Roses adorn the top.

Soft yellow lisianthus, freesia, ranunculas and so lucky to find snowberry in season.

Thanks Marcie for keeping us "tied up in knots"... you're awesome:)

Such a pleasure working with both these families. Congratulations Brooke and Garrett.
May you have an awesome life together:)
